Please be aware that orders can take up to 1 week to complete due to our work being bespoke. 48hr delivery does not mean the order will be with you within 48hrs it means delivery will be 48hrs but the process of your order could be longer dependant on stock values.

 

If your order is urgent then please ring or email us first to make sure we can complete this order for you in time.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Our site will automatically calculate how much your delivery will cost depending on your location. It can take up to 1 week to complete the order then after that, the average waiting time for International Shipping is 7 - 21 days but you should allow up to 28 when shipped to countries with slow and strict customs.

We are certain that you will love your products, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your roses, please email us and we will gladly exchange this for any of our other roses. If you are returning a product for a refund then it must be returned in its full packaging within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for a full refund.
